Grants:
This year the sponsorship from NH Civics, the Jameson Trust, NH Humanities, Granite EdVise, and the UNH Responsible Governance and Suitable Citizenship Project is crucial in supporting our initiatives that promote civic education and engagement across New Hampshire. Their generous contributions help fund programs that empower individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to participate effectively in democracy, fostering informed and responsible citizenship. By investing in educational resources, community discussions, and leadership development, these organizations collectively strengthen civic understanding and encourage active participation in governance. Their support ensures that diverse voices are heard and communities are equipped to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving society with integrity and responsibility.

Seven years ago, as part of the HYPE program’s development, it received a renewable prestigious Responsible Governance and Sustainability Citizenship Project (RGSCP) Grant from UNH Durham to fund HYPE and expand its programming. This grant has led to the UNH philosophy department's endorsement of the Souhegan Ethics Forum, and the use of the UNH Durham campus year for this major conference event. Relations with UNH remain well as they continue to endorse our program.
